What is DNV Supermarket?

DNV Supermarket is a fresh approach to kirana shopping that allows you to complement physical grocery shopping to an easy, relaxed manner of browsing and purchase of groceries and other daily essentials from your digital device. Discover new items and shop for all your grocery needs from the comfort of your home, office or store.

How do I place an order?

Go to a product, click ‘Add to Cart’. The product will be added to your cart. Later, you may change the quantity of the item by visiting to your cart. From your cart, review your items and their quantities, (don’t worry, you will get to review the items during checkout). From your cart, click ‘Proceed to Checkout’ and enter the relevant details required for billing and shipping, choose your payment method and click ‘Place Order’. Pay according to your chosen delivery method.

Yay! Your order would be placed successfully after following the required steps. Sit back and relax, we will deliver your order ASAP.

Is my address in your delivery coverage area?

Currently, we deliver within Ghatkopar, Sakinaka, Marol, Powai, Kurla and neighbouring areas. We may deliver to your location; contact us to know if we deliver to your location. We will soon be expanding our delivery coverage.

What if I want to change the quantity of an item in my cart?

Visit your cart. Then, use the increment (+) or decrement (-) buttons to modify the quantity according to your requirement.


What form of Payment Methods are accepted?

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD), UPI and E-Wallets (JioMoney and Paytm). We will soon add more payment methods for your convenience.

How are our prices determined? 

We modestly price our items for our customers. Major products come with a MRP and we try our best to sell even those products at a discount. The price of some items may slightly vary than a hypermarket or major ecommerce stores, but be assured, for what it’s worth we only stock items of top-notch quality and believe everyone has a right to good food.

Our prices vary in accordance to the market value, so we can provide you the best quality at the lowest prices!


What are the delivery charges for my order?

FREE if your order value is ₹4000 only or more.

We levy a delivery charge of ₹149 only if your order value is below ₹4000. The charge is to ensure smooth functioning and timely operations, without hindering the quality.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes. You need an account to place an order. We do not allow guest orders to prevent spam orders which waste our time and resource.

We want to serve genuine orders, build business relationships with real people, and to do that we ask you to login.

What if something I ordered is unavailable?

We will contact you to offer a substitute of the product if available, or you may ask for a partial refund amounting to the value of the product which is unavailable.

Who should I contact if I have any queries?

We’re available to serve always. You can contact us over WhatsApp and email.

Where’s my receipt / invoice?

You can view the receipt of your order under ‘Order History’ tab under your account. You will also receive the order invoice over email/WhatsApp.

How can I see the status of my order?

After you place an order, you can go to ‘My Orders’ under ‘My Account’ (make sure you’re logged in), you can see the status of your order from there.
